Mailbox Monday #16

Mailbox Monday is a weekly event where we share our latest book arrivals. Join in to share your book loot and discover some new book blogs. BookNAround is the host for the month of September.

These are the books I received this week:

Purchased:

The Miseducation of Cameron Post by Emily M. Danforth – I bought the kindle edition because I’ve heard a lot of good things about this book. I’m planning to read it for The Literary Others: LGBT Reading Event, hosted by Roof Beam Reader.

Review:

Envy and Betrayal (Book 1 & 2 of the Empty Coffin series) by Gregg Olsen – ARC’s from The Readiacs for a blog tour and giveaway Sept. 24.

Torched by Andrea Lynn Colt – Kindle edition from the author. Torched is a YA mystery/romance about a cheerleader that’s framed for arson. Miranda Kenneally calls it “Fun, Sexy and Hilarious!”

Big Box O’ Audiobooks from the fabulous folks at Penguin Audio – including:

NW by Zadie Smith

This is How You Lose Her by Junot Diaz

Gone by Randy Wayne White

The Tombs by Clive Cussler

A Murder of Quality by John Le Carre

Severe Clear by Stuart Woods

Winter of the World by Ken Follett

 Library:

Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? By Mindy Kaling – I watched Kaling’s new show The Mindy Project and love her sense of humor. Picked up her book and it’s a fun, quick read.

Hope you found lots of bookish goodness in your mailbox this week!
