What’s Left of Me by Kat Zhang (Audible) – Read by Kim Mai Guest. A dystopian title where in the future everyone is born with two souls, and only the strongest will survive.
Live Through This by Mindi Scott – Already read this contemporary novel and loved it!
Destroy Me by Tahereh Mafi – A Shatter Me novella from the POV of Warner (my favorite villain) $2.99 ebook via Amazon.
Au Revoir, Crazy European Chick by Joe Schreiber – via Amazon’s 100 books for $3.99 or less promo. This just looks like a cute, fun, feel-good book.
Review:
Burning by Elana K. Arnold (June 2013) Delacorte via Edelweiss – The tagline says ” Small-town boy. Gypsy girl. Desert summer.”
The Secret Ingredient by Stewart Lewis (June 2013) Delacorte via Edelweiss – A contemporary book about a girl living in Los Angeles with her two dads, and she cooks recipes from a vintage cookbook and wonders about meeting her birth mom.
And All the Stars by Andrea K Höst (On sale now) via NetGalley – Bloggers Flannery and Wendy Darling had a hand in encouraging the author to write this post-apocalyptic book. How cool, right?
Library:
Vessel by Sarah Beth Durst – I love the cover, and it’s high fantasy, which is not my usual thing- but I’m intrigued!
Fingerprints of You by Kristen-Paige Madonia – I was picking up books for my daughter and of course ended up getting books for myself too. This is a contemporary road-trip book, my favorite kind! And Lori loved it and makes it sound fantastic!

Wow! You’re as bad as me – as many books as we have, we’re buying more and checking them out of the library. The Secret Ingredient looks interesting to me.

I’m still unpacking/in move-mode but I can’t wait to get back to “normal” so I can read again! I’m really loving contemporary and road trip books right now. I’ll add a few from your list to mine. 🙂
