Lots going on lately, and I have Cybils book piles all around my house. I should probably be reading right now in fact, and will need to take a mini blog hiatus at some point. So, please forgive me if I drop off the face of the earth without warning 🙂

New book arrivals:

The Fiery Heart by Richelle Mead audiobook read by Emily Shaffer and Alden Ford  – For review from Penguin Audio. Already listened- review up soon!

Sneaking Candy by Lisa Burstein for review from Entangled Embrace – NA book about a college student who leads a double life as an erotic romance author.

Invisible by Cecily Ann Petersen  – Cybils nominee available for free for a limited time. Coming of age about a girl who has experienced tragedy and wants to disappear but has to join the spotlight in the school play.

Ketchup Clouds by Annabel Pitcher – I went in to B&N to check out holiday cards (Hey, are you signed up for the Book Bloggers Holiday Card exchange?) and came out with a few books. This is an epistolary novel about a girl who has a death row inmate for a pen pal.

The F-It List by Julie Halpern – I have a strange fascination with books about bucket lists.

One & Only by Viv Daniels – I read this for review and had to have my own copy.

Cybils review books:

Rose Under Fire by Elizabeth Wein Companion book to Code Name Verity.

United We Spy by Ally Carter  – The conclusion of the Gallagher Girls series.

After Isaac by Avra Wing – About a boy grieving for his younger brother.

Bold by Julia Swift & Andrew Landis – A girl wants to live life to the fullest after her brush with death.

Fatty in the Back Seat by Deborah M. Prum -A boy with a learning disability can’t seem to stay out of trouble.

Dawn Drums by Robert Walton – Civil War historical fiction.

    The Fiery Heart! I really hope my pre-order somes soon. Ketchup Clouds looks interesting. I have seen it in a few places now. May have to look at it the next time I am at B&N.
