New Book Arrivals:

The Widow’s Guide to Sex & Dating: A Novel by Carole Radziwill – This was a surprise book, and it’s from one of the stars of The Real Housewives (haven’t seen it). The book is supposed to be a cheeky look at getting back into the dating scene.

The Yearbook by Carol Masciola – Another surprise book! This YA book is about a girl who is reading an old high school yearbook at the school library and wakes up to find herself living in that time- a scientist helps her go back to the future.. (Good timing with this one with the Back to the Future anniversary!)

eBooks:

Poet Anderson…Of Nightmares by Tom DeLonge and Suzanne Young – Musician DeLonge collaborates with YA author Young on this transmedia project. This book is about two brothers who are lucid dreamers- one brother is in a coma and the other has to go to the dream world to save him. The project has a short film and a soundtrack as well.

Leveled by Jay Crownover – In this novella we get some Marked Men series closure and are introduced to the Saints of Denver series.

Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay KristoffThe Lake House by Kate Morton * Everybody Rise by Stephanie CliffordPretty Girls by Karin Slaughter  * Tales from the Back Row: an Outsider’s View from Inside the Fashion Industry by Amy OdellThe Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo

Great mailbox! I’m very very curious about Illuminae as an audiobook since the book version has so many formats of pages!

I’m also looking forward to your thoughts on Pretty Girls. It was almost in my mailbox this week but I couldn’t decide between paper or audio. I listened to the sample and I’m not sure the narrator is for me.
