Mailbox Monday

Mailbox Monday is a weekly event where we share our latest book arrivals. Link up and find new mailboxes to stalk at the Mailbox Monday blog. I post my mailbox hauls about twice a month.

Here are some of the books that have made their way to me this past week:

mailbox monday boss babes

Boss Babes: A Coloring & Activity Book for Grown-Ups by Michelle Volansky from Workman Publishing – This adorable coloring/activity book features female role models to color, such as J.K. Rowling, Laverne Cox, and Michelle Obama. You can also do activities like a Diva word search, Beyoncé crossword, break the glass ceiling maze, or decorate Lady Gaga’s shoes. Love it!

Mailbox Monday Color Blind The Next

Color Blind by Sheila Sobel from Merit Press – After her father’s death, April goes to live with an aunt in New Orleans, where she finds out a secret about her past.

The Secret Life of Lincoln Jones by Wendelin Van Draanen from Penguin Random House – Lincoln is a new kid in town who keeps to himself, preferring the company of the fictional friends in his notebook. He slowly learns how to let people into his life. This sounds really sweet!

The Next by Stephanie Gangi from Macmillan – This ghost story is about a woman out for revenge, and death won’t keep her from getting back at her ex.

Mailbox Monday Shoe Addict's Christmas

A Shoe Addict’s Christmas by Beth Harbison from Macmillan – This Shoe Addict-series holiday novella is a twist on A Christmas Carol and is about a woman who gets locked into the department store she works at on Christmas Eve.

The Best Possible Answer by E. Katherine Kottaras from Macmillan – Vivi is a high school senior who is under a lot of academic pressure. When her life starts to unravel she starts to forgive her imperfections.
