As a big audiobook listener, I’m drooling over some of these items up for bid. The online auction is open now, even if you’re not able to attend in person – so go bid now!
I’ve got my eye on these, but there is lots of cool stuff to bid on:
A tour of Random House studios and lunch with the narrators (Want!)
Chaos Walking trilogy signed by the narrators
John Green audiobook collection
All 32 In Death books by JD Robb & a letter from narrator Susan Ericksen
Maggie Stiefvater signed audiobooks
Personalized recording from narrator Simon Vance
More auction items added daily so keep checking.
This event is a fundraiser in support of the ALS Association and audiobook producer Bob Deyan, who’s currently battling ALS. (http://www.alsbob.com/) Hope you will support this great cause even if you can’t attend in person.
I’ll be at the event since it takes place in my hometown, probably from the Children’s – Mystery hours. I don’t think I can stay up late enough to catch the Zombie or Erotica hours though! Let me know if you’ll be there so I can say hi.
The Audiobook Marathon Planning Committee:
Mostly comprised of narrators, the committee behind the event includes Tara Sands, Cassandra Campbell, Deanna Hurst-Levin, Steve Sidawi, MacLeod Andrews, Hillary Wilson, Kimberly Farr, Kathe Mazur, Coleen Marlo, Vikas Adam, Michael Goldstrom, Allyson Ryan, and Jessica Kaye.

Great post – thanks for helping to spread the word!
This is like literally in our backyard. I am not sure what I have planned that day yet but if I am free, I might stop by. I’ll let you know if I do so we can meet in person. 🙂
Thank you so much for spreading the word about our event! We are very excited
about it, and looking forward to meeting many of listeners, and of course, the bloggers!!
If you’re around at non-fiction time, please stop by and say hello!!
