  1. I love that this is audio book month because I just got into listening to audio books last month. I always thought I wouldn’t be able to pay attention, but I’ve been listening to non-fiction books in the car and on walks and I’ve really liked it. I need to try a fiction book soon.

  2. I have just gotten into audiobooks, and I’m loving it! I didn’t think I would be able to keep my mind from wandering, but that’s not the case at all. My favorite so far is probably my first one I listened to (you always remember your first right?), which was The Secrets of Midwives.

Since I’m on hold at the library for Radiant Angel by Nelson Demille I’m going to list it. My ‘favorites’ are all series with thousands of pages and hours of listening pleasure …. think Diana Gabaldon, Deborah Harkness, Ken Follett and George R.R. Martin.

  4. Maybe this is the month I finally try an audio book! Maybe:-D

I love audiobooks and read them any chance I get (or can get a reasonable price). I’ve loved so many, too many to list–ones by Tammara Webber, Jennifer Armentrout, Colleen Hoover, Gail McHugh, Jamie McGuire, and a lot of the YA fantasy, PNR and dystopians, but I love the ones with multiple narrators the most. If I won I’m not sure what I’d choose, but I have been wanting Walled City by Ryan Graudin.. Thanks!

  6. I just listened to My Sister Lives on the Mantelpiece and thought it was fantastic as an audiobook!

I listen to several audiobook a month, so it is hard to pick a single favorite. Lately, these have been some of my favorites. That Ghoul Ava by TW Brown- a very fun urban fantasy. Charles River Editors has put several short histories on Audible, and the one on Robin Hood was especially good. Meanwhile Radio Repertory Co. of America recently released a new Anne Max novel (campy space opera) which I really enjoyed.

  8. That’s a hard question! I just started listening to audiobooks in earnest this year and so far I think my favorites have been the Star Wars audios. They have the background noises like ships & blasters, and they have some top notch readers as well. I have my eye on a few cozy mysteries & Catalyst by S.J. Kincaid.
