#FitReaders Weekly Check-In: Feb. 13, 2015

Happy Galentine’s Day, FitReaders! I have missed a few of the weekly check-in’s though rest assured I’m still here sweating away. I am enjoying a new Fitbit device with a heart rate monitor so I have all kinds of stats at my fingertips now about my heart health, sleep, and movement.

2/6 8,000 approx. (new device)

2/7 12,460 steps

2/8 8,380 steps

2/9 10,353 steps

2/10 10,200 steps

2/11 14,840 steps

2/12 10,865 steps

Fitness success of the week: I’m not obsessed with the scale, but I’ve lost about 10 pounds this year so far, so yay!

Audiobooks listened to on walks: Hero by Samantha Young, The Ruby Circle by Richelle Mead

How was your week? Are you planning to indulge a little this weekend for Valentine’s Day? I know I’ll probably go over my calorie goal but what can you do.

  3. Great job and congratulations on the weight loss! I don’t go on the scale that often. I use the way my clothes fit as a way to monitor my weight, since on the scale I go up and down so often. Keep up the great work and have a nice week!
